- Morning Exercise - Once you get some kind of exercise into your daily routine, it is that much
easier to masintain it - try and get some morning exercise - once you will get use to it - it will be part of your everyday.
- Warm up and Strech - Dont forget to warm up before you start your exercise and strech after - this will make your
exercise less painfull and will prevent any unwanted injuries.
- Set goals - challange yourself with some goals, but dont forget to be realistic when setting those goals,
if you will set higher goals which you cant achieve it will not be really motivating.
