- Quit Smoking - it is kind of obvious, but smoking is a major health risk to you and your family.
- Don't be stressed - This is not so easy to do but this is really important, just try to do something you like and that
relaxes you once a day for a good 30 minutes.
- Floss - It will probably make you live longer, as studies showed, people who floss tend to live 6 years onger than people who don't.
- Don't drink too much - It is recommneded to drink one glass per day, but more than that can really hurt your health, especially your liver.
- Cough into your elbow - Cough or sneeze into your elbow and not into your palm - or whatever you touches get the viruses on your hand.
- Clean games - Clean the games, toys or objects your kids are using a lot to prevent from germs to stay there.
- Don't bite your nails - Many germs and viruses enter the body through the mouth or nose, while baiting your nails you can defintly get some.
- Breath - Go outside and breath some fresh air everyday, it is importnat for your lungs.
- Moist your skin - soak your skin in warm water for 15 minutes or so everyday.
